For your transaction to be eligible for the money back guarantee, three conditions must be met: 1) The domain must be purchased directly from oyzta.com via BUY NOW, not through any third party or reseller (e.g. Afternic, DAN). 2) The domain must be accepted at the same registrar (GoDaddy), otherwise a mandatory 60-day safety lock is automatically applied upon transfer. 3) During the 30-day period, the domain shall not have been used for any activities that are in violation of the laws of the United States of America or the jurisdiction in which the domain has been registered.
