A lease longer than 12 months comes with a long-term markup of 10%. Longer terms will come with an additional 10% long-term markup.
Only you as the buyer of the domain can cancel the lease agreement at any time. In this case the installments will be considered to have been a Rental Agreement and received installments will be considered rent.
