From 30 minutes up to a few days depending on your registrar of choice. Most transfers are completed within 24 hours. You deal directly with us, the owners, without any middleman or unknown third parties. That makes it quick and simple.
All sales are final. However, if you do notify us via email within 8 hours of the purchase, and as long as the domain has not changed ownership, you will be issued a full refund.
Trademarks are usually registered for a specific owner, in a specific sector, for a specific geographical region for a specific length of time. The very nature of trademarks makes it impossible to pre-register them for you.
Upon completion of the domain transfer you will receive an email with an already settled electronic PDF invoice attached.
For our customers having their business registered in the US, Australia, South Africa, Malaysia and the rest of the world excluding the European Union, we will not collect Sales Tax / VAT.
For customers in the European Union with a valid VAT ID — with the exception of Austria — you will not be charged VAT (reverse charge). Customers in the European Union who do not have a valid VAT ID, will be charged 20% VAT. If you have any questions regarding the taxes applied to your invoice please contact us .
You are free to determine the length of the lease by using the slider at the DAN.COM checkout page (DAN = Domain Automation Network). Lease terms start from 3 months to a maximum of 60 months. A lease longer than 12 months comes with a long-term markup of 10%. Longer terms will come with an additional 10% long-term markup.
Only you as the buyer of the domain can cancel the lease agreement at any time. In this case the installments will be considered to have been a Rental Agreement and received installments will be considered rent.
You can start using your domain immediately.
Once you have paid the final installment we will assist you with transferring the domain to a registrar of your choice and assist you with changing the ownership records of the domain.
